Volunteer Scheduler Pro

This app is tremendously handy, and I have relied on it for several years; but lately, it will not let me login and keeps telling me that my login information is incorrect. It’s not. It is correct, and I can get in on my computer. But the app just won’t let me in. Any suggestions? And yes, I have tried deleting the app several times and reinstalling it. Nothing helps. Thanks!

The app only loads half of the time (and when you really need it of course it doesn’t load). If I ever sign up for shifts I have to do it when I’m lucky enough to get in the app and have to cross my fingers that I won’t get logged out in the middle of a session

Not sure what happened has difficulties loading shifts / and keeps signing me out and when I refresh the app I’m back in .

Could not fetch data keeps on popping up though app is up to date

Updated to the newest version and now I am stuck on a white page with a loading wheel that doesn’t disappear when I open the app.

App just will not open or load .. useless...

I found this App tremendously helpful and useful! Definitely a five star app. Worth downloading you’ll never regret it😄

I schedule 60 volunteers with VSP

Sending emails as notifications is inefficient. Few people check personal emails daily much less several times a day. Sending texts reaches people faster. Also, the app does not seem to keep the schedule updated.

I find the app to be extremely convenient when scheduling and canceling shifts, and the ease of use is great…When it's working properly. Lately, everytime I log into the app, I keep getting this error message, "Could not fetch new data. The request has timed out." I have to log out, force the app closed and log back in about 2-3 x's before any changes I've made to my schedule are actually updated. I'm hoping they'll fix this bug ASAP.
