Great but could use work
I like how easy it is to use in the app. However, I like how you can see more if you go on the website. I wish the app would show more than it does.

Hour log form
Selfie, geo-location & signature submission forms
Personal volunteer timesheet
Goal progress

In addition, admins also have access to:

Review what volunteers are signed in onsite

They could improve it by allowing you to save your login email so you don’t have to enter it every time. Face recognition instead of password would also make it easier

I love this app for logging my hours and signing up for events. It is so much easier than doing it on the computer.

This app has done wonders for our ability to actually schedule and manage volunteers. It would be even better if the app provided more admin functionality.
Revolving Door
TrackitForward would get 5 stars if we could archive inactive volunteers, thereby removing volunteers and adding fresh ones. We work with young people who are in our dormitories for about a year who volunteer with us. We need to keep their records long after they depart since they are still in the area. I use it to log my volunteer hours, but have been unable to use it for those I manage. I love the layout and the ease with which I can enter my hours. Great App!
Poorly designed
Signs me out every few weeks, time sliders are extremely annoying and it would be far easier to just let people type in their time in/time out, signature and selfie are mandatory which made the transition to using this software tedious, overall a pain to use and it bugs out a lot. Don’t use this software if you are an organizer, please.

Posted links do not connect to internet. Unable to copy and paste.
My volunteer group recently posted an event with a zoom link. I was unable to connect to the zoom via the posted link, and could not copy and paste the link either. I was using updated app, iPad Pro, iPhone 13, all failed to connect via the zoom link. Finally I went to track it forward web site and was able to use the link to connect to zoom presentation. Please fix this app!
