I tried to reach to their customer service numerous of time using customer service number, FB messenger and voo app chat box. I gave up after spending 2 days to figure this out. I really wanted to like this app and enjoy some Mongolian contents, but it js not worth my time and energy, Better watch Ori by MongolTv.
