L’application est bien mais je trouve ça dommage qu’on ne puisse pas regarder les enregistrements faits sur la box via l’application

Inutilisable
Plante toutes les 20 minutes. Impossible de reprendre ou vous en étiez. Ca ou rien, choisissez rien.
Pas mal, mais encore des manquements
L’interface est agréable mais il y a encore des problèmes de sous-titres et on ne sait pas filtrer les chaînes comme sur la version web.
Effacements aléatoires
Dès que je regarde sur l’application mes enregistrements effectués et que j’en efface 1 ou 2 l’application efface aléatoirement mes enregistrements de 51 il m’en reste 9 et toutes mes programmations sont effacées
Ne fonctionne pas correctement
VOO a une longueur de retard sur Proximus. Entre le fait de ne pas pouvoir regarder certaines chaînes en replay comme TF1, le décodeur qui prend en compte la commande de télécommande une fois sur 8, ce qui nous oblige à passer par l’application Apple TV dont l’ergonomie est tout simplement horrible (plantages, hypersensibilité de la télécommande, bugs en tout genre, etc), nous payons la TV littéralement pour rien. Dès que la ligne Proximus est meilleure dans la région, VOO ne nous verront plus 🙂
Problème de playback sur iPad
L’erreur suivante apparaît, causant l’impossibilité de faire fonctionner l’app sur iPad: “Something went wrong during native playback. Recharger le contenu ou contacter le support”

Problème récurrent dans le visionnage en différé! Abonnement trop cher pour les services proposés défaillants.

Incompréhensible
Depuis que j’utilise l’application il n’y a que des problèmes, et là ça fait plus de 10 jours que je ne sais pas regarder mes programmes sélectionnés et que Voo trouve ça normal !
