Vooglam - Glasses for everyone

The app is hardly working. Been trying to put my prescription in for an hour. It doesn’t explain the different options for lenses very well. I want a bifocal lense for reading and I don’t need a prescription for the upper part of the lense but it won’t let me do that. The back button isn’t working properly so navigating the app is frustrating. I was so ready to order but I’ve given up now.

Discovered Vooglam through FB and the Customer Service has been second to none. Due to the lack of service with my usual Optician, I turned to Vooglam for help and they have been amazingly accommodating. I am yet to receive my glasses, but I have total faith in them being perfect and if not, I know they will deal with the issues as they have with the sale.

The glasses I have received have all been of very fine quality. I frequently get compliments when I am wearing them.
