Not an intuitive app. Takes you to the website to present information. Why don’t they do that in the app? Shows two withdrawal last year when there was only one.
Timing
You need to have the value by the end of the day when the markets close and not have to wait until the next day to see.

Without getting into the details, I would request to have your engineers look at and (imitate if possible) what empower app has to offer
Limited Capabilites
My company used Empower as their 401k vendor for years. Empower’s app allowed me to connect my other accounts like E*Trade to it so I could have a holistic view of my retirement savings. This year, they converted to Voya and my capabilities have disappeared requiring me to use an additional app to satisfy what the Empower app already provided. Needless to say I’m very dissatisfied with this app.

Can’t get pin off website had to call the 800 number and they will mail it to me. 8-10 business days. Why is that option listed on the website.
