Love it
No matter which other productivity apps and timers I try, I always come back to this one for simplicity, prioritization, and accountability. Select a timer, specify the task, assign a time limit or deadline, and color-code as needed. I love that you can personalize the background for additional motivation, such as an incentive for holding yourself accountable. Two features would make me love this app even more: 1. The ability to prioritize tasks by dragging instead of manually selecting from the menu for each task (move up, move down, move to the top, move to the bottom) 2. The ability to have multiple work spaces While you can scroll down to see tasks that are out of view, it would be great to have the option to categorize tasks (home tasks on one page, work tasks on another, interval training timers on another, etc.).
This is a very good timer that I have been using with increasing frequency now that I am accustomed to it. The only thing that it lacks, so far, is that there is no way to synchronize my iPhone and iPad. Develop a response to my question regarding synchronization was immediate. Excellent customer service! I will look forward to, hopefully, to the addition of synchronization.
I just downloaded this app and I have put it through its paces and I am very impressed. My 10yr old has no concept of time management and this app is helping him learn and also become ready on time for school in the mornings.
Wonderful app
I personally use this for at-home workout routines where each exercise has a fixed interval. Thanks for your hard work :)
7/14/21 23:55 Cannot set the time for countdown Clock I touch “run toward time”. . . The numbers of the clock appear . . . I touch those numbers (anticipating the keyboard will come up to let me enter the desired time) . . . Instead, the keyboard flashes open for an instant and disappears ???? 7/14/21 09:00 When I downloaded Amazing Timer last week, I was unable to open up settings and upgrade to pro In the meantime, the app has been updated and the developer generously provided another opportunity to obtain the pro version for free I like that there are multiple types of timers in this app, and that the app itself takes up so little room on my phone I will start using this and update this review as needed Now, if I will just PAY ATTENTION to the timers, I might get something finished 🤦🏻♂️
Stupid puzzles just turn off mask my. Love it though. Definitely makes the brain 🧠 wake up….THAT IS!!! ECB
I spoke way too soon in my last review! I'm so used to having little to no customer service that I assumed the worst and judged too quickly. The dev messaged me personally to explain that they wanted to be able to announce the new date so as many people as possible wouldn't miss it and this was the reason for not just extending the sale. They've now announced that date on Twitter as well. ☺️ As for the actual app, I quite like it compared to other apps I've tried. I do wish there were more of the musical (non talking) type sounds though. For now, it's 4 stars but it's a very new app so I feel certain that given a little time it will be worth 5 stars. ☺️ Old review: ⭐️ Questionable customer service This app was released with no IAP. Shortly after, an IAP was added along with additional features. Following this, the dev made the new IAP free. There was a bug in their app that wouldn't allow users on older iOS to open the settings page and therefore could not acquire said free IAP. They fixed the bug rather quickly, but went ahead and put the price of the IAP back at $4.99 (instead of just extending the sale for a day) with a promise in the patch notes that they would make it free again "sometime soon."
