I am absolutely thrilled with this app! It has exceeded all my expectations and has truly become an indispensable part of my daily routine. The user interface is beautifully designed, making navigation and task management a breeze.

Thank you VPay! This app has made my life easier. I love their cashpoint feature and how fast the transactions come in .

usage of the app has been convenient

Ever since I downloaded the app, I have not been able to verify my bvn, I contacted them on IG a while ago, they said they have done it, but I'm still being asked to verify it on the app, they should pls fix this error. Also, I don't understand their charges, how can you guys be charging someone for inbound transfers!? Like when someone sends me money, you're going to remove from it? It makes no sense, other banks I use don't do this.

Why is it always saying “Connection refused” every time I want to login? It’s so tiring. What’s the issue?

For the past 4 days I mistakenly made a transfer to their company’s account….. I contacted their customer care and she confirmed that it was their company’s account and assured me that they will revert back my money after 24/48 hrs You guys are fraud …….. up until now their customer care is ignoring me

So the app requires you to upload your document, but when you click on the upload file, it rather takes you to your photo gallery instead of files. Please fix this so that we can easily select files and upload.
