I downloaded the VPN Master app with hopes of watching the India Pakistan World Cup match in Ireland. Right from the start, it gave off scammer vibes. Despite my reservations, I decided to proceed. The app bombarded me with multiple pop-ups for a subscription, claiming I could try it for 3 days with no charge. However, upon subscribing via Apple Pay, my money was deducted. I reached out to the VPN Master team to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but I have received no response from them so far. The lack of any proper support within the app is frustrating. Clicking on the support tab simply redirects me to an email option, making it impossible to track my query. Additionally, there's no way to manage my subscription within the app. It's disheartening to see apps like VPN Master exist on the App Store, seemingly designed to scam users and take their money without providing the promised services. These kinds of apps are a blight on the digital marketplace.
