Poor poor application
Hello. I had a very disappointing experience with your app. I had purchased a one week subscription for a trial basis dated on 25/6/20. But the app didn’t worked at all. Everytime I switched the vpn on my wifi got disconnected. And even if it got connected on occasions the speed was too slow even to connect to WhatsApp and other messaging app. A good for nothing app and doesn’t work atall as claimed.So i unsubscribed on the very day and deleted the app from my phone. But to my surprise i received a mail that certain amount had been deducted from my account for subscription fee. Where as it was clearly mentioned in the app that it had a 3 day free trial. I tried reinstalling the app and contact customer service but with no results. I would appreciate if this issue is solved as it is blatant customer cheating. Urging the customer service to address this issue immediately as I have all the subscription mail, timing, bills, invoice to prove my claim. I want a full refund of my money which you have unlawfully deducted.
