I don’t have this but yet they are trying to take $19.99 out my bank in Scotland
Beware!!
Although I have uninstalled the app and cancelled the subscription, VPN Lumos continues to bill me through apple wallet and there is nothing I can do about it… so beware, once you subscribe, it will continue to bill you even when you unsubscribe and delete the app!!!

Like all VPN’s, they say it’s free and it’s not. Then your data is collected and you get endless e-mails and phone calls from people trying to scam you. Avoid like the plague
