Getting Ripped Off

I am writing this review put of frustration. I have been with this VPN service for quite some time now, up until this summer it worked well. Then nothing worked other than failed notices. Then a change happened and i have lost service 2 months into an annual renewal,this was 3 months ago. I did contact the developer and was asked to start an account, i did and out of frustration re-subscribed with no service.I think I’ve been ghosted by the developers service dept now. I truly enjoyed using this vpn for streaming and would appreciate its return given that NORD VPN works great but I believe the cost is outrageous.

No connection

I have just a few hours ago downloaded the app and paid for a full year and I can't even connect now.Why did it work during the trial week but not now.Very annoying and disappointing.Am so angry now that I would like to cancel and get my money back.

Sorry you cannot use a different device

This is the message message that I receive from the latest revision of the application. I never changed device. I created the account on my IPad and try to login to the app thereafter with the same IPad and it is refusing access to the account sending an error message: SORRY YOU CANNOT USE A DIFFERENT DEVICE

Ne fonctionne plus en Italie

Après des années de connections sans problèmes, rien ne fonctionne pour une connection en Italie. Je ne renouvellerai pas mon abonnement malheureusement.

It used to work with Italian tv app (Rai Play)

It used to work with the Italian tv app called Rai Play, which is geo blocked. Now, it appears that Rai has smartened up and either blocked the several IPs used by the VPN 1-Click servers, or there are firewalls blocking the ports used by the servers, or has been using deep packet inspections (DPI) to block the VPN. Bottom line, I can’t watch live Italian tv any longer… I agree with this review. The only reason I got this VPN was that I wanted to watch Italian TV. Also, customer service is so poor that makes me want to cancel the subscription. Can anyone address this issue?
