Ordered food thru this app. But never got the food in the mall. They said they haven’t received the order. The money charged in the wallet gone kaput.

This app was money loot app if you recharge the account there is no way to get back the money because there no withdrawal option to withdraw excess money if don’t want to keep in wallet only way is get money is spend in there outlet It is ridiculous please don’t recharge wallet more then you need to spend it indirectly looting money of yours that actually haven’t spend. Its more like you leading money to someone without interest people be-safe with food court apps

Wednesday 22 nd may someone used my mobile number two times & ordered something in Dessert works for Rs 271/- V r not getting otp. I don’t have any complaint number. Pls help me to find out the fraud

Not able to login. Worst part is when I go to a food counter I’ve to pay only via this app and no other mode of payment is allowed in the outlet. Since this app is half baked, I’ve to go to an another counter each time to recharge. Pathetic experience in VR mall in Chennai.

Being a member of big family everyone have different choices. It’s very convenient to do multiple ordering from your favourite restaurants in one go. Quite convenient
