Is Vrbo Owner legit?

I guess if I was a computer or technology person, the app wouldn’t be so bad. But I am a person in my late 60s who cannot figure out how to use all their “improvements“ to the app. You also can’t find directions because in the Help section, none of the answers you need are there. If you try to call, it takes forever to get through, and the person at the end of the line has no patience for old people.
Glitchy
The app doesn’t load. It allowed our vacation rental to double book after 6+ years with no issues. Not user friendly. Hard for owners and guests to communicate.
VrBO app
I propose you let Vrbo owners see the reviews of the guests who request a stay. The app currently dies not allow it. It is important in order to decide, as a property owner, if as guest is desirable or not.
Poor app
App not working. Bugging all the time. Unacceptable for a so call technology company. VRBO continues to fail owners

I am shocked at how much Vrbo is taking out of my payments.
If I need to work on my calendar I use Airbnb to fix it and it syncs with Vrbo and that’s how I fix my Vrbo calendar.
Most Spam Inquiries
Airbnb versus VRBO, I get 98% of my booking from Airbnb. VRBO the moment you reply yes to the availability the scammer ask for your bank information.
Could be helpful if company was owner friendly
The app has improved over the years but the company is so busy that representatives don’t seem to care anymore. It’s sad and hard to work w vrbo as an owner and impossible to get actual help with anything complicated.
Horrible app
I can’t tell you how infuriating it is to get an email stating I have a new inquiry or booking request but I’m unable to see the message or reply through the app. But of course, I’ll be penalized by VRBO if I don’t respond to the request. This platform is horrendous.
5yr Vrbo participant
Overall app works well for 80% of guest interaction. 3/5 because the app, and the website interface too, both are extremely inefficient and unable to allow you to modify a booking to client change requests that seem to happen 10-15% of the time like adding or removing a day from their stay. Both don’t automatically correct taxes or Vrbo fees on adjustment. It’s clunky to have to manually calculate those fees to figure out the correct nominal $ adjustments and easier to have them cancel and then rebook which is annoying to guests.
