Don’t use Vrbo

Don’t use this platform. You will not get any support, reply or help. Couldn’t contact the host, no support from Vrbo even they stated we will come back and finally lost a lot of money . Looks for me like a scam

Worst customer service

Don’t book with Vrbo! You won’t get help if you have a problem.

Flimsy app

Very slow (e.g. needs endless time for loading messages in chat), countless error massages (“Oops, …”), poor stability
