I have booked car and doorstep fee, after booking their customer care people called me and asked me to cancel it as they only provide for 100km, if they cannot provide for less kM, why have they provide option in the app. And I still have not received my amount back. Such a fake people, please be aware while booking

Good thing first : Speed limit was 110kmph. It’s pretty decent compared to other rentals which are restricting to 80kmph. Well in time pick up and delivery as I selected for door delivery. Easy to connect to Customer support and they are very good. Things which can be improved: 1. I opted with Fuel, but got it with half tank diesel full. It would have been better if it was full tank. 2. Car was full of dents and scratches all around the car. 3. Car headlight was so dull that I was feeling very difficult in the night to drive in highway. 4. While booking I opted door delivery with my pin code. They charge 500 for this. There was no restrictions or KM mentioned that delivery/pickup limit is only 20km. After booking, delivery person was telling me that your distance is 25 km and our limit is 20km. I have called the support and asked where this condition is mentioned ? So that while booking itself we are aware. But they said it’s not in the website, but there limit is 20km. This really irritated me and thought they are gambling here. Other than this, vroom is very good as I mentioned in the good thing section.

Received car before 15mins of scheduled time by Akshay Kumar, he explained me all the terms and conditions with car features and handed the keys to me. Kudos to AKSHAY KUMAR very professional, polite and positive attitude.. Cheers.. When it came to Drop of the car, Sharan was there at my door step, Sharan checked the car and gave me the head up as the car looks as it was when handed over to me without any damage and cleanness, Sharan too was very professional, polite and had positive attitude and explained me about the refund process.. Awesome ride, if needed will definitely come to vroom again and again because of the service and professionalism by the guys who pick and drop the cars at door step.. Cheers to Akshay and Sharan.. 😊

Pathetic service when compared to other car rentals wanted to try out because they had the car I needed. Took the car for a 800kms trip and was charged 500 cleaning charges for a little dog hair from my baggage attached to the mat in the boot and they claimed that I had taken my pet in the car. Which individual takes their dog in the boot of a vehicle?
