Eine App die nicht Funktioniert
Suchen funktion funktioniert nicht. Alle Achtung VRS. Good Job
Seit Update unbrauchbar
Seit dem Update hat die App mies nachgelassen. Möchte man eine Standard-Verbindung nachschauen, ist das nicht mehr vernünftig auf der Startseite möglich. Unter „Suchen“ springt immer die Tastatur auf, sodass der Zugang zu den Favoriten blockiert wird. In den Favoriten kann dann auch nicht direkt gescrollt werden. Wenn es dann klappt, wird ständig die Option zum löschen der Favoriten durch Wischen aktiviert. Eine Verbindungssuche, die mit der alten Version in 10 Sekunden erledigt war, dauert jetzt 10 mal so lang.
Ziemlich unzuverlässig
Seit der Umstellung vor ein paar Tagen werden Busse angezeigt, die dann nicht kommen. Verbindungen werden doppelt angezeigt. Und es kommen Busse, die vorher nicht angezeigt wurden.
Typisch Deutschland
Die App bietet mir eine Fahrt an mit einer RB an, die eigentlich gar nicht fährt, weil die Strecke mehrere Wochen repariert wird. Ich weiß es, aber die Leute von der App nicht. Lachhaft. Digitalisierung in Deutschland Armutszeugnis.
Deutschlandticket wird nicht übertragen
Neues IPhone, aber das Deutschlandticket wird nicht automatisch auf das neue Handy übertragen. Alle Versuche mit ein- und ausloggen, Neuinstallation etc. funktionieren nicht. Über die App die VRS kontaktiert und es kommt die lapidare Antwort sie wären nicht zuständig und hätten es an die kVB weitergeleitet. Wieso nicht zuständig? Es ist eure App!! Auf ner Skala von 1-10 minus 5.
Verschlimmbesserung
Seit der neuen Version dauert die Verbindungssuche selbst bei hervorragender Internetberbindung extrem lange und bricht oft mit einer Fehlermeldung ab. Auch der Aufruf der Verbindungsdetails ist sehr langsam. Die nutzlose Kartenansicht ist sofort da, auf die eigentlich wichtigen Daten zu Linien und Haltestellen wartet man dann bis zu 30 Sekunden. Das war bei der alten App VIEL besser.

Gruppen Ticket Kauf? Nein. 25 Klicks um ein Ticket mit Paypal zu Kaufen (ink. Paypal sms jedes Mal) - ja.
Schlechter als vorher
Die Auswahl der Verbindungen, die vorgeschlagen werden sind viel verwirrender als vorher
Praktikanten
Der Praktikant und das ganze Team sollte gefeuert werden für so ein Schmutz Update. Seitdem ist die App unbenutzbar hab sie nun gelöscht
