VSee Clinic for Patient

When I first was referred to the head of the Psychiatric Medication Mgmt Department after I sustained a second, much more severe traumatic brain injury in Omid October of 2021, I had already been a telehealth patient @Lifestance’s Concord office for around a year & had a great rapport with my Med Case NP Kristina Borus but upon sustaining a nasty headfirst fall and having to be life-flighted to Duke University Hospital Trauma Center, located in Durham, NC which was once out of surgeries, I was thankful for, since Dr McGraw is awesome! He’s been my Psychiatrist & handled my med mgmt and even gotten me in same day for crisis intervention & adverse situations that have have occurred out of nowhere bc I suffer from three anxiety disorders and a very intense panic disorder, along with two severe TBI’s and just was dx’d with a 3rd & was having PTSD flashbacks, dissociative fugue & terrible night terrors! He’s actually listens & makes himself available any time through the patient portal! I can’t recommend Lifestance enough!

Very easy to use. Exceptional quality, which is all we ask for a simple patient doctor relationship. Nice job.

Informational and thought provocational

Lifestance has the BEST therapists and Psychiatrists I have ever seen and through my life, I have seen a lot!!!! I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jaffe and Maria Gonzales! They are not only amazing in their field, but they are kind and caring. I don’t know what I would do without them.

After 25 years of struggling with meds the doctor finally listened

She is an excellent and very interactive therapist who is able to challenge my ways of thinking in an extremely supportive way. Highly recommend.

She has made the biggest impact in my life. She got me balanced between medications and vitamins supplements . She is the most knowledgeable psychiatrist nurse practitioner ever. I am in such great hands .

This app is amazing MOST of the time. I see my therapist in person and on TeleHealth. Normally it’s good. But lately has been crashing before & mid sessions. One thing I wish they’d fix is the applicant form. Every. Single. Time. You have to fill out your full name (when you already have a date & time appt.) and full address. Everyyyyyy time. I understand why they have that feature incase of an emergency…. But if literally ALL or MOST online sessions you do are from the same address…especially in cases like mine and other longtime users that use the same address every/most times, auto fill or keep a memory log for easier & quicker sign in. To where you can just verify the address OR just be able to go change it if you’re in a different location.
