Each time I didn’t like the loud sound I kept turning down my volume because it annoyed and loud hurt my hearing aids and gave me headaches fast. Please make sound not either loud or change the sound pairing please 🦻🦻

I’ve had this camera and app for a few years. I used to love it. Now I can’t talk to my dogs while I’m away. It just turns the screen black and doesn’t send my voice through. Yes I talk to my dogs “lay down”, “hi good boy/girl”, “NO, get out of that”, etc. it’s an important feature for me. And now my screen will lock while watching which it didn’t used to do. OLEASE UPDATE THE APP

I already commented on the annoyance of the cloud storage ads every single time you open the app, but I have to also mention that the app is now worthless for monitoring anything because it now allows your screen to lock while watching the camera. It used to stay open indefinitely, but now after a minute, the screen locks, forcing you to unlock your screen, reopen the app, and again watch the stupid cloud storage ad. I use this to monitor my daughter’s crib and I’m often doing other tasks while doing so. Having the screen lock after just a minute renders this app - and any wifi camera that relies on it - completely and utterly useless. Hopefully the developers read these reviews cause their app is total trash after the latest reviews. Stay away.

Where can I upload cloud storage I paid for??? Super aggregating!!! No way to contact anyone either.

It keeps telling me my own is wrong and it’s not. May as well throw it in the garbage.

Everything works great. It would be nice if while viewing multiple cameras on the home page streamed live like they do if one camera is selected. For the price of the camera I think all-in-all it does a good job. I Switched to ongoing recording mode and added notify feature.

My router notified me that this app was trying to send / connect to a known Chinese malware site. I do not trust this app or camera. I checked the cellular data usage from this app and its almost 10GB for 1 month when i only use it on wifi. Very untrustworthy.

Scam app. If I tap on update, it shows nothing. Useless camera. Don’t waste your money
