Seats free not booked

Very slow. Asks what type of seats you want, then just displays all the seats anyway. Very poorly designed interface.

Tried to book tickets for about 30 minutes, if I see Houston we have a problem one more time…

I’ve been having issues when you leave a booking the seats remains selected even if you decide not to keep the booking

How are you supposed to choose multiple seats if you can’t zoom in and the seats are 1mm on screen.

App is full of bugs. It doesn’t make it easy to select the price seat you want. Was easier when you could phone up and talk to someone but Vue doesn’t want to employ those people I guess

Awful . Every time I try & book it won’t let me & says something went wrong . Sort it out

Needs to give longer time to complete the booking! Especially as copying & paste vitality codes!

I was trying to book tickets & all it was bothered about was me joining. Tickets were going fast, & yr app kept going to a different place while I was trying to join. Logging me out. Going to a different part. 4 times I had to go into it. If you’d said at the beginning, are you a member? If not you’ll need to join to book tickets, I would have known. Not an experience I want to repeat.
