Fails to login
The app fails to log me in. Even though I have input the correct credentials multiple times. I have even tried the option “Forgot Password”. It will send me an email with a code to reset my password. I input the code and it gives me a success message. Then it tells me to hit the continue button, which I do, then it gives me a message saying incorrect username or password again. Even though it JUST emailed me a reset code to MY email!! Tried going to get support and that’s something that has to be paid for via licensing agreement. My company uses PTC products. We use about 20 different license products types and in the neighborhood of 300 floating licenses, but since I don’t have access to the company’s customer number, I can’t access that kind of support. So it would seem I’m stuck with no help.
