Your customers care and app and verification process sucks Polaris no work at all

Polaris bank is the most useless commercial bank I’ve ever operated, the ussd code is useless, the app oh my God is frustrating to use and I think it’s high time I close my Polaris account and stop doing transaction with you

This bank is a failed bank, 0% rating, if you no want frustrations you better run from this wicked bank

You guys did well at first but later did me so bad at the end how could you guys not refund me back after debiting me for a failed transaction in the recipient bank Very poor experience

It’s of no doubt that Polaris bank is not up to the standard to operate as a commercial bank in the country. Their services are more than worst. And this useless app is nothing than a waste of time downloading and trying to even use it. It doesn’t function. Eveytime I made transfer out of it. I keep debited while the beneficiary did not get the fund. Their customer care is nothing to talk about. You will call and they won’t pick up burning your airtime until you’re tired and end the call. Such a stupid bank.

Terrible experience

Been unable to make transfers for some time now The response is always “we cannot confirm the status of the transaction…” and it’s a recurrent challenge, sometimes i have lucky breaks but it’s so frustrating and every time i try to do it again, the response is possible duplicate transaction

I transferred money to a wrong account I contacted the company and they said it’s only when I show them receipt containing their account number they’ll refund and on the Vulte app it doesn’t show account
