I have been a long time use of Vumber for more than 10 years but today I just discovered for the first time that the entire company, staff technicians, etc. has complete unrestricted access to all of your messages, passwords, images. This to me is shocking but perhaps we now are living in a world with no expectation of privacy. But I am wondering if this is even legal. ????
Can’t dial out, it just keeps dialing my Vumber number and I get my voicemail. It’s always been a crummy app, now it’s completely useless.
It takes you directly to a sign in when you don’t even have an account to sign into yet. So it’s useless.
Every time I try and load the last number it spools. Over and over. I reported that, I deleted and reloaded the app but no fixes. Call customer service and got attitude. Not happy about that. Voice mail works well
I like the service and the options with it, it the darn app keeps crashing, I’ve tried 3 different phones including an iPhone-13 Pro Max brand new out the box! iOS 16…. I am about to cancel my service and go with someone else that has a stable app!

Vumber is improvised more recent days.
My old voicemail messages keep showing up labeled “today.” I emailed the company about the problem and the response was that they needed more information. All they had to do was look at my account. It’s brand new. I still haven’t been able to get the text messages to work. Not very happy. Should have stayed with 8x8.
Not recommend, the app keeps crashing and loosing calls plus a lot of hidden fees. I regret using it, just waste of money and time
I like the service. Seems to work well. Plus I LOVE that the calls are recorded. I’m a Real Estate Investor and 80% of my job is cold calling homeowners. So I love being able to re-listen to each conversation and see what I need to work on. However, I do have an issue I would really like to see addressed. Like for instance, when someone calls my Vumber and the call rings on my cell phone it doesn’t tell me that the call is coming from Vumber. So when I see on my cell that I’m getting a call and I don’t recognize the number, I never answer bc I had no idea it was from Vumber. I used to use Sideline and it always told me on the caller ID thst it was a Sideline call and I knew it was a business call. But bc Vumber doesn’t do thst I have potentially lost A LOT of money by not getting these calls. So yeah it would def be nice to see that get fixed. Other then that.....I have no complaints.
