App is so slow. Whenever i complete my shift it takes a long time to complete.

Very hit and miss app, needs a professional designer to fix the hit and miss operational issues. This app has lost its credibility

Hi there I am trying to login to the app but it won’t work I tried so many times doesn’t work please fix the problem.

The app wants me to login every time I use it and not stay logged in

Why do I need to login each time i use the app?? I have updated the latest version.

It feels like there is a lot of stuff on the app that isn’t user friendly and also not useful to me at all. One example is declining shifts. I should be able to decline multiple shifts instead of declining one at a time. Or decline all at once. When I’m completing a shift there is a lot of options to put in information but I’m not supposed to put anything in those options (unless a shift variation) so why are they even there? Seems to just cause more confusion instead of streamlining. 🤷🏿‍♂️

I have tried so many times to try and find a reset password button and there is just nothing on the app and nothing on the website! This is a huge issue I hope someone is able to update this and add a reset password button on the app and website? Thank you

please add a forgot password function. I have struggled to log in when I changed to new phone and couldn’t find any support to reset my password

We need to have 24 hours for inputting/ logging out of a shift in case of dramas toward the end of shift.

I am trying to login on this app. But its saying LOGIN FAILED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. I have tried to login 1000 times. But again its showing me this same msg. Please fix this ASAP.
