VyStar Card Control

Awful awful awful. After business hours there is no one to talk to and this app is useless. Even after getting fraud alert off in the morning. Went right back to the same decline. Useless and a sign to drop VyStar for this reason alone

I’ve only been able to use a couple times. Every time I open the app it crashes.

I don’t know whose idea was to make a separate app to lock and unlock your card but it was a terrible idea because the app to unlock the card is working properly so now I can’t use my card because I can’t unlock it through the separate app

App asks you to sign in to mobile banking app and then does nothing. If you manually input username/password, it says enter a valid combination. Waste of time.

Do not get vystar

I struggled with Vystar apps FOR YEARS, and they never seem to get it right. I’m trying to use this app, and it says it’s sending a code to my email… which never comes…. so I sign into their website to update my email. There’s apparently no way for me to update my email preferences on their website, either! When Vystar switched over to this new system, it was horrific for months!!! I spend as little time as possible interacting with this app, and this just reminds me why!

It requires login from the original app but when it takes you to the original app to login it doesn’t redirect you back or give you access once you’re logged in.

VyStar expects us to download so many apps to control access of our card but they never seem to want to fix the problem on the apps. Should have just made everything on one app like BOA

Forgot debit card pin. Down the rabbit hole led me to this app to see if i could reset it. Downloaded it and i can’t even login. I go to the regular app like it asks to login, then routes me back and says there’s an error.

It doesn’t allow me open the application.
