Hi, Until yesterday the app did his job. Now it says that my alarm system is offline. It’s not, the wifi icon is flikkering fast, so it’s connected. Please help 🙏🏼

Na de update werkt de app niet meer. Kan dit worden opgelost
Onbruikbare troep.
Sinds kort (update?) werkt de app niet meer. Fix dit aub anders exit Smanos. Dus advies aan alle eventuele nieuwe gebruikers moet zijn: KOOP EEN ANDER MERK! Nu Oktober nog steeds onbruikbaar dus: koop geen Smanos maar kies een ander merk. Smanos laat zijn gebruikers is de steek en bezorgt je een onbruikbaar product! Ver blijven van Smanos als merk mensen trap er niet in!

After update device not online in APP
Hello, after last update it is not possible to connect the unit with the app anymore, pop-up appear with message that the device isn’t online. However the device is noticeable in the dhcp list from the router and communication is polling between. As I understand this is an issue with the app, please advice! This makes the system on useable! Thanks

W100 alarm update hopeloos
1 ster is eigenlijk al te veel, maar je moet iets. Maar na de Update van 2 Mei is de app onbruikbaar. Dus wil je op een makkelijke manier gebruik blijven maken van je W100 systeem, moet je de app niet updaten.

I'm sorry you can not work with zones anymore! Because I like to set the time by sensor! For example on the meter box where the alarm will enable you to turn it on to make it even! And the front door can be set to a delay time
