Just gave up

My spark doesn’t sync with my device all of the time

Every time I try to convert to text I get an error message. I have had only 1 success, the very first try. I have written in print rather than cursive, still no success. Grrrrr!!!! I have a livescribe pen and it works magnificently.

Sync does not work, i have 2 devices signed in, both contains different data. Both never eventually sync. If you log out and back in, all your data is gone. Also the BIGGEST killer is, "Ink to Text", despite of what they say on the update "significantly increase functionality" and "improve ink to text". The feature is so much improved, all it manage to do is to let you know "Operation Failed". I am hoping i can return the Spark back to the retailer tomorrow. Sorry Wacom, i contemplated on the product for so long, just to return it thanks to the App. The product itself is pretty good and well made in my opinion.. EDIT - The Ink to Text function somehow works now after hours of trying. So i am guessing they are sending our writing to a server to be translated?

Great way to keep notes but can't find any way to add to folders. Can't export multiple pages to Bamboo Paper. Bamboo Page can't access to the cloud storage...😔

Does everything it says on the tin. Good app and good notebook.

Just bought a new Bamboo Slate Feb 2017 yet can not use the app. All the other reviews are correct! App will NOT connect 😡

App just lets you pair Wacom pad and sync notes. Not impressive but does the basics. Will give more stars if login issue is resolved.
