Poor customer contact when problems
I’ve been trying to access my account since 19th November so 6 weeks ago and I have had messages from the customer service desk saying it’s being looked at but nothing has been sorted and I have no access to my account . Really frustrating and disappointing and will feed this back to my employer . I do not understand why there are no phone numbers, all you get is a chat response which is not adequate for when there are problems particularly as this is a financial company .
