I’ve been trying to access my account since 19th November so 6 weeks ago and I have had messages from the customer service desk saying it’s being looked at but nothing has been sorted and I have no access to my account . Really frustrating and disappointing and will feed this back to my employer . I do not understand why there are no phone numbers, all you get is a chat response which is not adequate for when there are problems particularly as this is a financial company .

They will take a commission from each time you take the money you have worked for when they should just charge to the company, wagestream better you let us take our own money free of commission!!

Everything is clear. It’s gives you the option to stream which is really handy and lots of advice and tips on saving and overall a great way to keep track of your earnings!

What a great thing to have .. I feel anyone going back to work. Life is hard enough these days but this can help take a load off being able to access your pay as you earn is amazing

It is great way to get the salary in advance what you have earned.

My Wagestream is now telling me to change to developer mode or production mode and no longer loads anything in after the update was done so no longer can aces anything on it
