The device does what it claims but be prepared to be bombarded with marketing notifications. If you’re able to find setting in the app to disable marketing notifications (it’s buried) it won’t help. You’ll still get them. If customer service says they’ll disable marketing notifications for you on the backend, it won’t help. You’ll still get them. If you block the notifications on your phone, then the app is not functional and they’ll send you WhatsApp or text marketing anyhow. Other than that, I wish there was a way to turn the device notifications on/off with one click so you don’t get alerted of your pet isn’t in the car. Currently you have to go into app settings and turn notifications off/on individually each time.
Takes forever to load the new app. Erased all my previous settings. Looks like I have to add all my setting back, which is weird because I still get the text notifications.
The new app would not work until I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now it works great. I depend on Waggle to notify me of the weather in my RV while I’m out. It puts my mind at ease.
The service itself is fine, but canceling is not easy, especially if you setup auto pay. Try following the instructions. May the force be with you.
Did newest update and after that I could not even get app to open. Sent email to support - no reply. Now I don’t dare leave my pets alone at home since the unit and software are not working. Expensive subscription and useless support.
This has been a good app but the most recent update now requires me to log in each time I use the app. How about adding a “Keep Me Logged In” option or a facial recognition option? As it is you e made the app harder to use.
This is my third Waggle and I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but Support doesn’t seem to be able to help me. I’ve had it plugged in and when I push the button it’s on and it tells me the temperature but when I go away from the motorhome where the Waggle is set up, I can’t get coverage. It doesn’t go yet. I have no problem with my cell phone coverage. I don’t know what to do and I’m not getting any support. I can’t understand them for one thing they don’t speak clearly English I asked to speak to a supervisor and they always tell me that they’re busy. I’ll be going on Amazon and Facebook and posting the same review and telling people not to buy it. They are terrible. There are other companies out there that I need to probably move to Customer Support. Cynthia Larson
The app works as described, but really wish it had a schedule option for alerts. We use the Waggle device for our job and city vehicles, and on my days off I still get unnecessary alerts. If they added a schedule to turn on and off alerts it would be very beneficial.
I bought this not expecting to have to purchase a plan to monitor the temperature in my RV. Very misleading.
