Virkelig nyttig!!
Would really like to try the app as it seems like a great consent, but not willing to give away personal data until I have tried it. Developers should really enable users to try and then decide if they want to share personal data.
When you open the app for the first time you have to start a 7 day trial to even get to the exercises. So this app is not for free at all! It would have been better if it said that it costs something!
I get payment window that I can’t get out of without paying. App should then be a payed app.

My first time using the app and I'm excited to continue this journey.
This set of exercises plus the boxing either standing or sitting has really shown definition in my shoulders, upper back and upper arms. I love this set, particularly because I can feel the amount of use in my shoulder muscles, which I have been trying to strengthen for years. Amazing!
This app works very well at offering a way to take healthy breaks while working or lounging. The options for these mini breaks are extensive and well illustrated with videos and music, but some features are missing that would make it more effective, like reminders to turn it on at key times in your day, ability to “favorite” selected routines, or for the preference section to actually save your problems after you hit save!! There may be more but I’ve just started using the app and these are the gaps I’ve found so far. I have a condition that causes “post exercise malaise” so these mini sessions are just perfect for me, so I will continue to use the app but would like to see these omissions corrected to make it even better!
