Wrong images
We received images of another child along with ours yesterday and today they took away pictures of our child. Now we are just left with pictures of another child unfortunately. Really disappointed.
Much needed for photos
When your child is away and you have no idea what’s happening - this app makes it so much better! Appreciate the notifications to tell me when a new photo is up.

Wrong event with no one to contact
My "Waldo" $15 waste of money account is on the wrong week / event and no way to switch. Don't know these kids, what a scam.
Absurd looping
Created account, it sent me in absurd loops despite me having all credentials & being advanced app user. Gave up & deleted.
Not user friendly
I want to find pictures of my kids at camp. They are not home and the app insists on taking a selfie. It is very difficult to figure out how to use an existing photo from my phone instead. Also it labeled some other child as my child and I can’t remove that picture from my album.
