Active life with energy
I’ve been using the walk at home app for some time now. I’m getting more movement and activity in my day and as a result have more energy! I especially love the wake up and walk series! And recently there was another team teach and Zuri was the lead in the last segment. Would love to see more from Zuri! Miss Nick & Nadia as leads. Are they doing anything new? Thanks to everyone at walk at home app for making this possible and being a part of my daily life :)
