The app offers a very few options and alternatives e.g for running the only alternative is jogging, not intervals or vigorous, and, secondly, nothing about distance; you can jog for 2 km at 5:20 pace and get the same number of steps as if you ran the same leg at a 4:30 pace. Playing golf? the only alternative is to register playing golf by the use of cart. I don’t recommend this app to anyone.
