Bijna onmogelijk om op te zeggen en dan nog worden er onderliggende abonnementen afgeschreven, die dan zogenaamd ook vallen onder de voorwaarden van deze app. Schandalige bedragen, geen reminders voor verlengingen, geen fatsoenlijke contactmogelijkheden.

This app has hidden listings. If you cancel the service you need to be aware of the fact that there are more services that you have agreed to. After 6 months I suddenly got charged for 211 euro’s because an other service was not cancelled. Without any notice before charging. Pure scam, never used the app.

If you start with a short subscription they will continue the payment. They do not react on any email cancellation!!

Er wordt ongevraagd om geld van mijn rekening afgehaald. zonder toestemming. graag zou ik dit terug gestort willen hebben. en evt mogelijk abonnement waar ik geen bevestiging voor heb gegeven stop willen zetten! en hier in het vervolg geen afschrijvingen meer van binnen te krijgen. ook zal ik hier een melding bij de politie en Apple maken. ————————————————— Money is being taken from my account without permission. I would like this refunded. And possibly cancel any subscriptions for which I have not given confirmation! And in the future, no more debits from this account. I will also report this to the police and Apple.

Due to the fact you can’t easily cancel your subscription, mine was extended automatically. Send them an email (that is what they want you to do, less easy to cancel) to ask to cancel I refund the second term as I haven’t used it they weren’t flexible at all. For me this is their way to make money.

You will be charged without your fully consent

I saw walking Yoga on Facebook that I can use for three months. For 27 euros. I read it carefully no strange attack. Now I look at my bank account and they take almost €50. I did not give walking yoga permission for extended and definitely not that you take my money of my bank account. I am looking the whole day to find a way to stop this. I cannot find it in the app. I cannot find it in my subscription. I cannot find it with Apple Pay. I have called my bank account and they cannot help me because it’s pay with Apple Pay. I’m really upset that that’s not the way of business. I want to cancel walking Yoga immediately, And I want my money back. And to make sure I only got a description for three months.

I immediately canceled my subscription by email. They confirmed it had been terminated and that they would no longer require payments. Now, six months later, they're trying to debit my account again and are making excuses about renewing after six months. After canceling by email six months ago, I deleted the app and haven't done anything with it since. BEWARE!!! Scammers through and through.

I have a subscription for 3 months. And after three months it is automatically renewed without notification. Anyway, the plan didn't work for me at all. Was very vague how to do the exercises. No clear instructions. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

U think u end your subscription but they still charge you. U cannot end subscription in the App Store, u have to e-mail them. Annoying en not customer friendly. After charging it is hard to get your money back.
