This app was totally fine before this most recent update. Coming from the Fitbit app prior to this, walkingspree was such an improvement from that. It was very user-friendly easy to sync and easy to add activity. This new overhaul is horrible. It is hard to find the spot to enter activity like cycling that doesn’t track properly on tracking devices, it doesnt always update steps/activity immediately after entering such activity (or from yesterday if tou forget to enter same day), and is not at all user friendly anymore. Average monthly steps are buried in a carusel you have to scroll through which is the only reason i use this app. 👎

This is one of the worst step tracker apps I’ve encountered. My workplace used this app for walking challenges a few years back and I had to bow out after several back and forths w customer service being unable to sync properly to my Fitbit account. It felt like I was dealing with a ragtag handful of developers playing guess and check to troubleshoot. Three years later, I decided to give them another shot for another company walking challenge. The latest version is as terrible as the first. So many problems just logging in. After getting past that with the help of support, the app is still awful. Crashes EVERY time I click on Profile. Difficult to navigate. Terrible UI. Even the website doesn’t have a mobile version. Complete amateur hour. In tech, three years with no improvement would normally mean a sudden death. Walkingspree’s only edge here is that it isn’t widely enough used for people to shut it down.

I have in app ratings turned off but this app begged me for a 5-star rating anyway. For disrespecting my wishes here’s your deserved 1-star rating.

UI is awful, steps and activity don’t sync correctly, the calendar view was very useful and is now gone, went from a great app to dismal.

I am finding the most recent version difficult to use. When I tap sync steps it won’t sync. And when I can get it to sync steps it only syncs for the current day, any past days wont sync.

I have had nothing but issues with it since this last update. Doesn’t load. Does not have my correct steps documented. Before that I loved it because my sister and I would challenge each other on our daily steps and do the challenges.

Prior to the latest update, it was easy to log activities that aren’t walking. I can’t find the log activity tab now. This should be intuitive and easy to find

The old app worked just fine but ever since the update, nothing has loaded on my app or my co workers for the past 2 days. The spot to record exercises (when it shows up) is so hard to find and it’s hard to find the calendar view. Not impressed.

All screens are blank, crashes and sync inaccurate or doesn’t happen at all.
