Ich habe ein Abo abgeschlossen, weil ich die Übungen gut finde und nach der 30-Tage-Challenge zum ersten Mal im Leben so etwas wie eine Mittellinie zwischen meiner Bauchmuskulatur erkennen kann- das hatte ich selbst nicht, als ich noch sehr sehr schlank war. Das würde ich zwar noch nicht als definierten Körper betrachten, aber es geht in die richtige Richtung. Ausschlaggebend für das Abo war, dass die Übungen einfach auszuführen sind, Spaß machen, und mit 7 Minuten täglich für mich zu einer schönen Routine geworden sind. Es war das erste mal, dass ich wirklich dranbleiben konnte. Ich mag auch, dass die App absolut schnörkellos ist. Zum Abo muss man sagen: man sieht, was man bekommt. Entgegen der falschen Angabe bekommt man auch in der Vollversion kein Video von der Übung, es bleibt bei den (Teils irreführenden) Animationen. Die zusätzlichen Übungen sind recht mager. Schlecht ist auch, dass man die Texte nur lesen kann, während die Übung aktiv ist- statt vorher oder in der Wartezeit. Und man braucht diese Texte wirklich für die korrekte Durchführung (am Ende der 30 Tage hatte ich es dann endlich richtig drauf). Ebenfalls lästig: die Texte laufen einzeilig in langsamer Geschwindigkeit, so dass es wirklich ewig braucht, das zu lesen / zu erfassen. Wie schon häufig angemerkt: der Signalton nach der letzten Übung fehlt. Insgesamt für mich aber eine schöne App, die ihren Zweck erfüllt und nicht so übergriffig ist, wie andere Apps, die mein gesamtes Privatleben ursurpieren wollen. Ich möchte einfache Übungen für Fitness und dezenten Muskelaufbau, und das ist genau das, was ich hier kriege. Mehr Wandübungen und präzisere Beschreibungen, im Idealfall Videos, wären klasse.

Übersichtlich und gut gestaltet, leider werden die Übungen nicht mündlich erklärt, so dass man auf das Bild schauen muss und den kleinen Text lesen muss.

Ein wenig mehr Erklärung wäre schön. Man sieht ein paar Sekunden wie man die Übung machen soll und dann geht es schon los. Wenn man das ein wenig überarbeitet wäre das super.

Pictures and instructions don’t always match

Not a bad super basic Pilates app but frustrating at times because the picture is showing something a bit different than the voice instructions. Also, sometimes the instructions don’t make sense (like with ones that you alternate legs balancing on one but it tells you not to let your leg touch the ground).

Some of the videos do not match the audio directions. For example, one video says to do chair dips using a chair, but the video does not show a chair. It shows an exercise on the mat. Some of the directions are hard to follow because they are not detailed enough. Additionally, the audio directions are not complete before the countdown begins, so you miss the first few seconds of the exercise. Also, there is no chime indicating the completion of the last exercise. The other exercises have a timer that goes off once an exercise is completed. Based on these things, I will not be renewing my membership. There is probably a better program out there.

30 days in and it feels so repetitive… several exercises like the chest stretch have a big of some sort and don’t explain how to do it. Also would be nice to set it for 3-4 reps. I’m done with this in 5-6 minutes. Now I am on day 30 and no clue what to do next…. Paid for the whole year so will try to use it for remainder of year and hope it gets better

I paid 4.99 yet I had to watch a video to mark my workout finished and without marking it finished I wouldn’t be able to unlock my next workout. Once in the app, the phone screen can’t go to sleep! The voice over with the description of an exercise is not accurate half of the times and almost as long as the exercise. The pilates 30 days challenge is not a diverse workout that consist from 7-8 exercises and 40 seconds for 12-15 reps. For example, diamond pushup, wall pushup, tricep pushup would be in the same workout.
