— HOW THE WALLIANCE APP WORKS —
Create a free account (as an individual or legal entity), validate your profile by verifying your identity with a valid ID, and choose your investment!
Access your Dashboard directly with your Touch ID or Face ID and stay updated by monitoring key metrics of your investment portfolio.
In the Account area you can easily update your personal data, your ID, change your login password, fill out and update the Appropriateness Questionnaire, etc.
REMEMBER: If you have not validated your profile yet, you won’t be able to invest!
- WHICH PROJECTS CAN YOU INVEST IN -
In the Invest area you will find all the projects presented on Walliance: invest in the one you like the most! You can search for a project by name or filter your search by project status. Remember that you cannot invest in funded or concluded projects, but only in projects marked with the color red and the mention "Invest”.
If a project has a countdown, it means that you can invest only when time runs out. And if a project is in "Coming Soon", its launch will happen very soon!
P.s. You can also receive push notifications directly on your smartphone whenever there is a new investment offer - don't miss it!

The Help Center is where you can always find an answer to all your questions! Just type in the keyword related to your search topic to find articles and insights about it. Otherwise, you can write to us by opening a ticket through the chatbot or by booking a call through the sign-up confirmation email!

Login troppo lento
Login troppo lento, addirittura a volta attendo qualche minuto con il continuo caricamento del logo W ancora prima di inserire mail e psw. Come mai?
Non è ottimizzata per IPhone
Ho problemi a fare il login con lo sblocco tramite viso. L’app fa inoltro a una pagina web e successivamente rimane lì e non succede nulla. Anche in fase di registrazione c’è una pagina in cui non vedo i campi. Sto usando un iPhone di ultima generazione.
Accesso con Google
Impossibile accedere attraverso Google (funzione comodissima). Ogni volta apre una pagine web che non carica nemmeno rimanendo bianca

Funzionale e chiara
Sono molto soddisfatto dell’app di Walliance che consente di tenere sempre sotto controllo i propri investimenti dallo smartphone. Non ho ancora avuto modo di portare a termine un investimento direttamente dall’app ma alla prima occasione integrerò la recensione. 4 stelle e non 5 per la necessità di effettuare un refresh della pagina per “tornare indietro”. Ottima per essere la prima release!
