i collect the enough point for the next trip but Can’t redeem it. It Says dynamic price can’t redeem it. I try all the different time,date, they are all the dynamic price,so it means all the points are useless!

Place an AirTag in your belongings and expect the bus driver to arrive late. Virtually non existent customer service. This bus line needs to be investigated. Please do your due diligence and read the reviews from all sites. Called to inquire where the bus was after 1:45 passed- the woman stated “ if nobody come in 5 to 10 minute- go home!”. There needs to be regulations for this nonsense. Do not spend your money here. AT ALLLLLLL‼️

I left today(11/23/2023) at 4pm from 3146 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd in Atlanta,GA headed to NY. We not even a hole hour into the drive and a couple of guys sitting in the back of the bus playing loud music and smoking weed. The bus went from hot with the heat on to cold as soon as that smoke hit the front of the bus for the driver to smell. I mean he not even saying nothing.. And these ninjas… like why u can’t respect other people and their health while in a close space. It’s one thing to be on the street passing a person smoking weed, but we on a bus, windows locked and the air conditioner on full blast pushing the smell of weed around the bus.. This is sad with this bus company. They need drivers that will pull this push over and remove people that wanna smoke weed on this bus. I mean I pretty sure none of these ninjas will stay in an elevator with a person smoking crack and inhaling them toxic fumes. No why in the world I have to inhale this toxic smoke… 12 1/2 hour long ride with these ninjas.. Wanda company better fix this or one day u gonna find yourself in a law suit. I’m pressing charges on these ninjas & sueing Wanda bus company. This is sad!

Wanda Coach is THE MOST WORST WAY TO TRAVEL. Their never on time and sometimes they DON’T EVEN COME AND YOU CAN’T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT TRAVEL WANDA COACH

Please, do, not, use , this , company!!!!!! The bus is late for 1 hour, called main number, was hung up on in me . Called headquartered number , No one picks up the phone! Called Customer number , One does not accept incoming call, the other keeps sending me to voice message. This is a fraud company Who just wante the money and don’t want to provide service, a complete fraud !

Yes, I understand the ticket is very cheap compared to other buses but trust me it’s not worth it! When you’re lucky that the bus actually comes, you’ll ride a bus that’s cramped, dirty and smelly. The drivers are rude and most of them don’t speak English. But when you’re unlucky, the bus might not even come. I waited for more than three hours and still the bus didn’t show up. I eventually went with a different bus, but when i asked for a refund, they denied me saying that the bus came. The problem is, i don’t know when it came. It could’ve come 3 more hours after i left. Additionally, they have terrible customer service. They never picked up called or answered emails. Just avoid riding on this bus. USA will be a lot better without scammy service like this. By riding this bus, you’re letting them provide the same service without actually improving.

Bad service, they have bed bugs and the driver is always smoking very inconsiderate to people on the the bus . Poor conditions better off finding another bus or plane ticket .

This app needs a lot of improvement and the company it self needs to do better with customer service not because you have low prices doesn’t mean you treat your customers badly I was stranded for 6 days because of lack of details and operators not knowing what they are talking about and can’t help and buses only available every other day

I arrived prior to departure time and the bus was nowhere to be found. The app offers a bus tracker and when i entered the information it pulled up the correct trip, but the actual tracker was “unavailable.” I tried calling the customer service number 5 times to check on the status of the bus/reach out to someone after seeing that the tracker does not work. One random time it went through but disconnected me while i was waiting, and the rest of the calls i was immediately disconnected. I was stranded at a sketchy gas station with my luggage and had to scramble to buy a ticket from another company for departure later that day. i’ve traveled on several hour-long buses every year and have never experienced this. do not use Wanda Coach/Wonder Coach!
