Die mobile Erfassung von Dokumenten und Objekten ist zu einem wichtigen Element des modernen Arbeitsalltags von Kreditinstituten geworden, beispielsweise bei Beleihungsobjekten im Aktivgeschäft der Sparkasse oder Legitimationen. Wichtig ist dabei die nahtlose Integration in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur. Die K7-Lösung WANDO mobile verbindet die „mobile Welt“ in idealer Weise mit der bewährten K7 Erfassungslösung WANDO.
Konzeptionell wurde die mobile Erfassungslösung auch für andere Anwendungsfälle bzw. Dokumenttypen entwickelt. Beispielsweise für alle Außendiensteinsätze, bei denen Dokumente mobil digitalisiert werden müssen. WANDO mobile fügt sich somit nahtlos in das bestehende Erfassungssystem ein.
Risikoeinschätzung
Zur Übertragung der gescannten Daten wird die Schnittstelle von BrainLoop zum sicheren Datenraum genutzt. Dieser ist bereits etablierter Bestandteil des Portfolios für Sparkassen der Finanz Informatik. Somit erfolgt die Übertragung gesichert und ohne Zwischenspeicherung vom Tablet bis in das Zielsystem.
