I love this camera! When I travel I really feel good knowing that my cat is safe in the house with this camera and his automatic feeder. When the automatic feeder rings the bell I immediately go to the camera app and see my cat eating his food with no problem. I can check is he is actually eating his food and also love seeing him go around the apartment playing with his toys.

Camera is connected to internet but wont show on app

After the update, the video won’t load when you click play in either alarm or replay section. The app will just spin but won’t replay, which makes the camera pretty useless

I wanted to bring up a concern regarding my security camera. Although it records and sends alerts, there’s no option to playback the video. This makes the alerts quite ineffective. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

If you are the only one looking on the cameras, it’s fine, but if you want to share the camera with others, you can’t. Another device cannot sign in with without knocking your device off.

Should be a ‘select all’ delete so I don’t have to manually delete every video.
