Game hasn’t got a decent update in ages. Customer service is horrible and takes it’s clients for granted. A huge let down to many people that have been playing for a while. Pushing pay to win to the next level so yeah all in all don’t waste your time and money they really don’t deserve it.
Click on an ad for a game that was getting jammed down my throat with ads, game looked ok got sent to here downloaded the game and it’s not the game from the ad like why would you do this?
The preview of the game is not the game that’s advertised. Don’t waste your time.

This game and the gameplay are decent although they made sure to ruin all the events that were giving a lot of items for moderate spending. But what is completely trash is their customer service even for “vip” members as they call it. You always get generic idiotic answers like talking to a machine and they never take accountability for any of their mistakes.

What a dumb games, it’s not even a game it’s a scam, to “play” this game at any sort of enjoyable level you must spend hundreds of dollars a month, some spend thousands or more, example one artifact in the game can only be gained by purchasing fragments and to level it up to a decent level would require a couple of thousand dollars, in in my 40’s and have gamed for 20 years, I’ve never seen a game that requires so much money to play, might as well go to the casino at least you can come home with something. This game should be banned and removed from stores
