War and Wit

The developers have begun to reduce the functionality of the game, lots of features have been switched off, resources are no longer available on the world map. There have been no updates for over 6 months. I think one of their other games are more lucrative!!!! Update So following the developer response, I contacted support, nothing changed in the game, support basically said they can’t help and are forwarding my emails to the developer. It is now impossible to train hero’s as items you need you get from harvesting from the world map, where there are now no resources. Players are all saying the game is being switched gradually. Functionality being removed, I would not recommend to new players anymore.

Great game but level 7 hasn’t unlocked for some reason? Still not open?? And the support just takes you to a incomplete page????

I like the game a lot. The developers have tried to expand the game and provide more modes, but since the update I’ve gone backwards. I lost my account details at the beginning of this week and via the Facebook messaging app the customer support team managed to get me up and running within 48 hours which I think is pretty good going. Unfortunately the recent update has made the modes more challenging, but with what can be farmed from the game and the modest in game purchases, progress in now excruciatingly tedious. The developers recently introduced buying in game boosters, which when your coming up against an opponent 50% stronger than you helps level the field a little, however other than the map missions this feature is locked. I’ve just cancelled my monthly renewable subscription as I don’t feel the game play I now have is worth the money. Too many cheats being allowed to get away with it, deleted from device.

What looks like it could be a good game just isn’t because of the amount of bugs in it, before the new update nothing work and the new update just constantly says network error, doesn’t matter if I’m using WiFi or my phone 5G still comes up with network error all the time. Sort it out so I can try and enjoy what looks decent so far1

Ad makes it look like it is a puzzle that requires timing a sequence. It is just Bejeweled type game. They put a token level in to look like the ad. But that is really not the game. Waste of time. Would not recommend.

I used to love this game, the frequent crashes were tolerable but one day they did a massive update and it was crashing like mad, lost progress, forced to go through another long tutorial, better deals (which meant having wasted money on a deal worth half of the new one for the same price), no refund of in game money/scrolls spent where progress was lost. The developers take days to reply to issues, if they reply at all. Clearly not tested and not worth the effort.

I downloaded the update this morning. I play on an iPad Air. The game has always crashed frequently, but after the update it won’t launch at all.

It’s just another revamped candy crush game and not the puzzles as advertised. What a load of rubbish.

I didn’t play a second of the the game and the reason I didn’t because it’s always the same rubbish! They promise one kind of puzzle game on the ad and then make the same old CandyCrush style game!

I am playing on an iPad Air and sadly this game just crashes constantly. If you are lucky enough to be able to get it to run it is a good game, that would be a 4 or 5*. I also assume that the developers have given up as when you try and get help they direct you to a site that is “coming soon”!!!!
