Bad support

Every update will have a bug, and support doesn’t reply. Their priority isn’t in player. Regret spending and will not support this type of developer again

Too many glitches but players being penalised

The game has too many technical glitches. On the recent technical glitch, developer illegally enters players accounts, remove soldiers, hero fragments and items more than what the technical error could gave in the first place. As a result, players suffer massive losses for error which was not caused by them in the first place. Developer refuse to listen and take actions which penalised all players for their own error. What a joke.

Blocking of UI

After latest update the UI at top is blocked and can’t be seen

Cannot join order

After the new update, everything seems wrong. Hard to login, cannot join order, my legions stuck at the same place and force me to use immediate return. Please fix these bugs.

This game War is awesome.

Very fun game

When I play this game I feel like a few minutes has just gone by but it is actually hours I have been sitting there playing this new game

iPad

Please optimize the graphics for iPad. Some things don’t display properly and are inaccessible. Please adjust the sound settings. I have the sound on the lowest setting and it’s still very loud.

Those in charge of the game will cause all players to leave the game due to the ban that comes with the games, as well as problems with packages and theft of money. It is a failed game.

KvK

I don’t know when I will learn not to play this game. I love the characters and most of the events when they have them, however the kingdom vs kingdom battles that happen quite often are so unfair. You have a fairly new kingdom and within a month there are powerhouses coming into your kingdom leveling castles and taking over cities and once they’re in there’s no pushing them out. They plunder and kill until there is no more desire to continue. Maybe if the kvk was in a separate server maybe if they didn’t happen so often but that just might make it fair. I’ve mentioned this several times in the past and it falls on deaf ears. So have fun building up only to be leveled.

Problems

I been playing this game for a long time and I love it, the only problem and reason why I give it a 2 star is that the main quest isn’t working can never make it past the last part where it says destroy the ebon
