Amazing Game, Great addition to the series

Love this game along with all the others, easily the best mobile strategy game out there. The graphics have come a long way, and the mechanics are becoming pretty streamlined. Only criticisms i’d make is that apart from castles/towns, most land tiles are pretty useless, i liked the inclusion of unique random resources that you could develop in previous games, however now resources are permanently destroyed. I also liked the random structures like the universities in Colonies which gave you an incentive of conquering certain areas and fortifying them. I’d also say the harder difficulties are still a pretty repetitive slogfest, and not very satisfying. Certain maps have a large power difference between nations that is tedious to overcome without use of exploits. And i find that the diplomacy features often become obsolete. Overall great game, love to see the improvements between games and im excited to see what comes next!

How does 12,000 men not defeat 2,000. Weird ads. Zooming doesn’t always work. How does 18,000 men not defeat 5,000. Why. How. Waste of time.

Quality Game overall

Okay. So. Having played this for quite some time I think it’s great with needed improvements. The game needs a complete overhaul on the friendship and alliance system. It’s the only thing holding it back atm imo. Considering I send aid to Norway a turn before and then only 1 turn after they declare war. Then we take a it a step further and I actually pay 9000 which is a crazy amount to begin with to become friends with Essex for them to go and declare war a turn later. What a waste of money and friendship for 1 turn. I must ask and pay to declare peace but they can just declare war and peace as and when they like. So I think the whole war, peace, friends, alliance system needs re working. However The game isn’t too hard as many claim. It certainly is at first I struggled for a long time however you soon realise that if you just focus on attacking land with castles and getting castles it becomes easy to get money. If you have a large fleet of ships and control the sea it becomes easier to defend land. If you are attacking a castle you should use a couple armies with low troop amounts and high amount of sieges first and then one big army with lots of troops to take the castle at the end. Only attack a castle with your troops to take it if its defences are weak I.e the castle level ups. You can see by visual. Once you figure out the games crack it becomes incredibly fun to create a big kingdom.

Too hard

I’m disappointed. Most of the games are set on hard or expert. I find them impossible to win, let alone play. Within a few rounds the adversaries attack me, sometimes several at a time. The income level is too low to build up troops and I get defeated. It’s very frustrating.

Pretty much have the whole map declare war on you regardless of your actions and you need to spam adverts for credits for most of the maps

The things and stuff that I like the most about the game is the kingdoms, and you did add quite a lot but the game just needs to fix Wales a bit more considering Wales wasn’t United back then it was divided into multiple kingdoms like Powys, Gwynedd, Rhôs, Deuhbarth, Gwent, Dyfed and so on, and also the game needs to add a bit more kings and monarchs like Oswald I of Northumbria, Edwin I of Northumbria, Oswig I or Oswiu of Northumbria but the game just needs to add the kingdoms full monarchs that what I meant.

Tutorial is crap

You click and try to follow the tips but nothing matches the description, if you can’t even make a working tutorial how do you imagine people will get into the game. I deleted the game
