What a waste. Washington government needs to spend some of its loto proceeds on this app cause it's unbelievably poor.

The app is good when it works. Lately it just hangs so completely not usable.

Annoying UI, takes forever to load, bland design, and literally just doesn't work

I haven’t been able to log in, so I can’t add my tickets. If you won’t fix it so people can log in, at least let them add their cards on the web browser.

Unable to login to the app, so no way to scan tickets to preventing me to add points. No issues logging in online.

I just downloaded the app for the first time to scan some tickets to see how much I won exactly and the app loaded perfectly and I thought it was cool that there is a flash light cause my room was dark

The latest update broke the scam function

I am not sure why the version of the app I have access to is a version that involves translation services, I dont actually need anything translated and when the translation service is applied there is no guarentee about the accureccy of the content of the website. I also noticed terms about being of legal age to use the website, I am 40. I dont have any children under 18, the age restriction should not apply. It would be appreciated if the app could be updated so I can have a fair chance at playing the lottery just like any other Washington State resident. I am more than happy to provide identification to prove I am legal age if needed. I also can not log in to my account, Ive confirmed my e mail but my account keeps saying the account needs to be confirmed in order to log in. I have points in my account that I would like to spend before they expire at the end of the month. Any help with these issues would be appreciated.

It forces you to log in every time you use it even if you logged in earlier that day. It doesn’t display winnings for smaller winnings on past draws.

There used to be really awesome gift card options in the app and many of them disappeared. Google pay and Target and Home Depot were three of my favorites. Is there any chance they can be added back to the options and I was wondering also if Hobby Lobby old ever be on the app.
