You don't see all the possible functions in the app? That's because the washMaster is modular and operators can each put together the functions independently according to their needs. Therefore, if you miss a function, contact your washMaster operator.
Does your cleaner also do your laundry? Do you host Airbnb guests or let your kids do the laundry sometimes? No problem, your washMaster account can also be combined with an additional RFID card. The corresponding cards can be obtained from your washMaster operator. Then send an e-mail to [email protected] to link the card to your washMaster account.
Is the washMaster not yet available in your laundry room, laundromat, etc.? Send a request to [email protected] and we will contact the relevant operator.

ab und zu störungen
ab und zu geht das scannen von QR-codes nicht, muss das app geschlossen werden und wieder neu aufgemacht werden. Mühsam dass man nur 2h reservieren kann, nicht mal pauschal 4h und dann wie bei äm Parken einfach aufhören kann.
Nicht nach Verbrauch
Ob ich mit 90 oder mit 20 Grad wasche, mir wird (fast) gleich viel verrechnet - washMaster rechnet nur die Zeit. Ob ich eine Unterhose oder 5 kg trockne - gleicher Preis, im Voraus abgebucht. Richtig sollte je nach Energieverbrauch abgerechnet werden.
Absolute Katastrophe
Bekomme eine Waschkarte mit der Aufforderung mich zu registrieren. Wir haben keinen QR-Code im Haus und ich kann nicht waschen. Beschämend
Sehr intuitiv und schnell
Die App läuft ausgezeichnet! Keine Abstürze und kein „laggen“. Super UX, was eine einfache effiziente Bedienung ermöglicht.
