Even after installing new version I couldn’t login or register new account.. it’s not sending OTP. Fix the problem

It has so many glitches. Not ending the trip at some point.

The driver lied that the end trip gives a different amount and yet the end trip is showing me the amount I need to pay. 839 he added an extra 100 KSH Shane in him

Can’t get OTP verification code when registering for the first time. Burundi

The app is terrible for iPhone. I requested a trip yesterday morning, and it is still open! Therefore, I cannot request another ride. I tried to contact the support but of course, there is never a reply. I will not cancel the trip because they will charge me. I even talked with the driver and after me, he made several other trips so it was closed on his side.

This app does not work on IOS well. I cal a cab then have to cancel to see the driver details. Horrible

0 stars if possible!!!!! I have taken WASILI in Bujumbura before but today was f’ing the worst. WASILI driver called me and told me that he needed help finding me because apparently my neighborhood is not on their map. So I tried my best telling them where I was and then I waited for more than a d hour, still couldn’t find me. Then they called me and told me that I failed to tell them exactly where I was, I told them that it wasn’t my d job to tell them where I was that the app was supposed to show them where I was. So I had to cancel that request and they f’ing charged me for it. I have been taking WASILI for a while now and it has been a good experience so far until today. Today was the d worst for real!!!!!
