Don’t waste time with this app it is terrible and you cannot go by the next event days especially during holidays.

I really appreciate the yard waste service. I just wish you have the pickup cycle run into December. I use it for leaves and sometimes they are not all down until December. The city does not always pick up the leaves until after it snows . What a mess! Thanks!

I love the messages before trash pickup day. I also talked to a nice lady and ordered a 2nd trash can and she gave me great instructions on how to place extra trash every other week. Thank you

Find a different service.

They told me the service would be cheaper if I went onto auto pay. Two years later, I found that auto payment unless you continually check your bill means I’m a sucker! What it actually meant was, they will continue to raise your bill. A door to door Canvaser for another company came and asked me how much I was paying and told me they could provide their trash service service to me cheaper. I decided to dig in and look at it. Come to find out every four months for the last two years they have considerably raised my bill to where I was paying $285 for four months of service. Digging a little deeper, I found out my next-door neighbor only paid $115 for four months of service. The neighbor on the other side of me only pays $165 for four months of service come to find out not one neighbor on my cul-de-sac paid the same amount and they were all paying considerably less than what I was. You would think that I had provided my services to for the last 10 years would reward me with cheaper prices for my continued service but no auto payment. Let’s steal your money for your trash service. Highly recommend if you use this company don’t do auto pay and definitely do not trust them, I would like you to understand when I say this, this was not my only problem with them. It was just the final problem with them when I decided I’m done giving you my money they’ve thrown my trash trash can “accidentally” in there truck then charged me to use theirs. That was about three months ago. The list goes on and on since I’ve been with them for over 10 years can’t believe I just kept putting up with it.
