Since 2017, WatchChat is the fastest and most reliable app that allows you to send and receive WhatsApp messages on your Apple Watch. Simply scanning a QR code will synchronize your watch with WhatsApp, allowing you access to the wide range of features WatchChat 2 has to offer.

WatchChat 2 Features:

Setting up the app for the first time only takes 4 simple steps:
- open the app on your Apple Watch
- open WhatsApp
- in WhatsApp, go to (Settings) > (Linked Devices / WhatsApp Web) > (Link a device)
- scan the QR code that will appear on your Apple Watch after 10-30 seconds
If a message appears, just try again, it will work out eventually :)

To keep up with everything, the app has been updated more than 70 times since its release in 2017 - I am always looking for ways to offer new features or improve the existing ones.
You can use the app for free forever, but if you want to support the app's further development, the "Support WatchChat Development" subscription CAN be purchased for free users to access the "Contacts" and "Status" sections and will grant access to future additions. After the free trial period, if offered, the subscription automatically renews with the price and duration given in the purchase button unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. YOU CAN MANAGE AND CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS BY GOING TO YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS ON THE APP STORE AFTER PURCHASE. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
As of January, IF you want to sign up for the subscription, the free trial period is 3 days, it is billed annually and the price is about the equivalent of 5 USD.

Thanks for your great app. I really enjoy getting my photos on my watch. Would have given 5 stars if I could get all chats on the phone as advertised but I couldn’t get it to work even from contacts as stated and advised. Great app!

Good Customer Service

I was experiencing the QR Code Scan problem on my iPhone 14 pro max and I email the customer service “Alex”.: He is really helpful with his advices.. I took his advice and my Apps work really well.

Best app for WhatsApp on Apple Watch

Yea it has a subscription like every other app, but this one actually gives you most of the features you need for free and is actually useable! And if you want more features that are very convenient to have, then you can choose to upgrade. Since you can actually use this app for free and choose if you want to upgrade, that’s a 5/5 for me! App works amazing I don’t understand how WhatsApp doesn’t have this natively, but whatever this is a must have if you have an Apple Watch!

Same as desktop app

Just to be clear you need to be near your phone for this to sync. Maybe I didn’t get that because I like leaving my phone at home quite often. So it’s a functional work around but not a fully functioning replacement for WhatsApp.

This is a great app! Had an issue connecting my WhatsApp from my Apple Watch to my iPhone but after emailing the developer, I received a quick response that solved the issue. Quick and efficient customer service :)
